A variety of equipment is used in the classes, both online and live, including a PIlates mat, head cushion, sitting block, Ova ball, resistance band and spiky balls. The classes can be completed without using this equipment, but it adds interest and an extra challenge. The APPI equipment is good quality and I would recommend it as the ideal addition to your Pilates sessions!

I’ve suffered from chronic neck and upper back pain for many years, from being hunched over my computer for days at a time!
